Brian Peters

President

Brian Peters is the President of ON-CITE Solutions Ltd. and has been with the company since it was first formed in 2006.

Brian started his career as a Junior Wireless Technician in 2004. Since then, he has achieved multiple advancements from Senior Technician (2007) to Crew Foreman (2009) to Project Manager (2014) to Senior Project Manager (2016) and President (2021).



Brian has dedicated his career to help form a successful and stable workplace with ON-CITE Solutions Ltd. by including but limited to handling all  health and safety, fostering relationships with clients, maintaining positive team inclusion with staff and as well working independently to ensure all work is prioritized and completed within a timely manner. Brian is very keen on providing quality work to all clients while maintaining professionalism in all aspects.

Brian Irwin

Senior Project Manager

Brian Irwin is a project manager for ON-CITE Solutions working with the team for 6 years. Starting in the field as a junior technician he transitioned into the office in his first few years to assist and run projects. In 2009 he received in BASc in Mechanical Engineering from Queen’s University and leverages his problem solving and technical skills on a daily basis. 

He enjoys his work in the field of Telecommunications as it is one of the fastest growing industries. Staying up to date with upgrades and full changes to technology keeps you on your toes as newer, faster and better platforms and products are continuously being deployed.

His time with the company has been a great pairing as both strive for high quality work in all aspects of the job. Working hands on with the team has garnered professional growth for both the individual and company as we successfully complete projects and company initiatives. 

Pritesh Patel

Project Coordinator

Pritesh Patel is a proud member of the On-CITE Solutions Ltd. family since 2010. Starting as a Junior Wireless Technician, he has gained a wealth of valuable practical experience and knowledge over the years. By gaining the trust of his peers and management, his has recently become Project Coordinator. 

Received a BASc in Electrical Engineering from the University of Ottawa in 2009. He takes pride in his attention to detail. It is his pleasure to help develop, mentor and motivate his peers to reach their potential and beyond. Believes work ethic and professionalism are what gets you noticed, not just obvious good looks.

With the wireless industry constantly changing and new innovations being made, it is exciting to know that On-CITE Solutions Ltd. will never be left in the dust but continue to be able to provide the exceptional and quality technical services it is known for within the industry.

Working in Telecommunication has allowed Pritesh to visit some pretty exciting locations and be apart of some the latest next-gen deployment of wireless technology.

On a personal note, Pritesh enjoys family time with his wife of 10 years, who was his high school sweetheart, and his 2 little munchkins. He loves keeping up with sports in general by supporting the hometown Leafs, Raptors and Jays. Refuses to ever cheer for the Ottawa Senators.
